Agent Stages
Which CLI runs each stage, at what size, and how hard it thinks. A saved
change applies to the next run dispatched; a run already in flight keeps
what it started with. A stage left Not configured is refused when
something tries to run it.
What each size resolves to is Driver Models below. What each
effort level spells for a CLI is per driver in
config/agents.json.
The deterministic stages — Sync, Staging, Staging Rebuild, Merge and the
two deploys — invoke no language model and are not listed.
Driver Models
Which model each CLI runs at each size. A tier is a promise about how much
thinking a stage is worth, so what l means is a decision about
this system rather than a fact about a machine — and it is what the work
order carries, so the run invokes the model named here and not whatever the
file on that box says.
A cell is saved when you leave it. An unpriced model is marked: a run of one
records its tokens and no cost, and the Model Prices table below is
where that is fixed.
CLI Versions
Which release of each coding-agent CLI the agents run. Empty follows the
npm registry's latest, checked once an hour; a version number pins it.
Each agent installs what is asked for the next time it is idle, and
/wasagents shows what each one is running.
A cell is saved when you leave it. Writing latest is the same
as clearing it.
Credentials
The tokens every agent is handed, so a box never has to be signed in by
hand after it is built. claude is the token
claude setup-token prints, which lasts about a year: its
expiry cannot be read off the token, so it defaults to a year from the day
it is saved and can be changed here. gh is a fine-grained
GitHub token; it is checked with GitHub when it is saved, and its expiry is
read from there.
A token is never shown again once it is saved. Each agent receives it on
its next announcement, and an alert is raised thirty days before it
expires. codex cannot be handed out this way; it is signed in per box
from /wasagents.
A row for one agent overrides the fleet's token of that kind for that
agent alone, so it can run on another account; removing it puts the agent
back on the fleet's.
Model Prices
USD per million tokens, in and out — the unit vendors publish, so a value
copied from a price page needs no arithmetic. Only ever a fallback: a CLI
that reports its own cost is the authority, and codex reports none, so for
codex this table is the whole of the accounting.
Lookup is exact, then longest matching prefix, so one entry
for claude-haiku-5-5 prices the dated
claude-haiku-5-5-20260815 a CLI actually reports. Name the
family, not the dated id. A Claude Code alias such as haiku is
priced as the family it stands for.
Rows marked built in ship with the application. Editing one stores
an override; deleting that override puts the shipped price back. A model no
row covers is unpriced — its runs record their tokens and no cost,
and never $0.00.
